Job summary

SMLC Behavioral Therapy Inc. seeks a proactive Client Relations Staff to join the CRD at the Head Office. This role emphasizes client engagement, administrative support, and operational coordination in a healthcare and therapy setting.

On-site at Regalado Avenue West Fairview, Quezon City, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Fresh graduates welcome; strong organizational and communication skills, plus proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Workspace are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Passionate about helping children with special needs and their families.
• Strong background or interest in client relations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients through meetings, calls, emails, or social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with regular check-ins and outreach.
• Address client issues by coordinating with other departments.
• Gather client feedback to improve services.
• Develop strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Assist sales in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Create client relations reports for management (sales, retention, feedback).
• Assist in strategic planning for client relationship development.
• Support Client Relations Manager in CRD functions.
