Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Client Team Manager for the Speaker Bureau to oversee delivery teams that plan and manage Speaker Bureau programs for commercial clients. You will drive team performance, ensure adherence to client rules, and maintain high-quality service across in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings.

The role requires 5+ years in meetings, strong leadership, and excellent communication to coordinate with success and product support teams while maintaining project profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of meeting industry experience.
• Experience leading people, teams or projects.
• Life Sciences experience preferred; knowledge of HCP regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication with concise, clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of meeting planners, including office-based, home-based, and hybrid staff.
• Coach and manage performance to ensure engagement and efficient delivery.
• Set measurable goals focusing on productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with client business rules throughout planning lifecycles.
• Monitor SLAs and proactively mitigate risks to protect client experience.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Product Support on SOWs and profitability.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service inquiries and incident response.
• Maintain client SOPs and configure planning platform business rules.
• Triage issues between platforms and escalate to support as needed.
