Job summary

eBiZolution Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to bridge the service provider and client, overseeing end-to-end service delivery for agreed services.

The role includes supervising managers, maintaining client relationships, and guiding organizational initiatives. It requires strong leadership, governance know-how, and a focus on cost efficiency and service quality in a BTS/IT/BPO context.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a Service Delivery Head or similar in IT/BPO.
• Experience in program governance and management.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and logistics experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma, and PMBOK is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Director for BTS and supervise managers within the unit.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage the profits and losses of the business unit.
• Set goals and initiatives for the business unit's direction.
• Guide managers on implementing company initiatives and policies at the unit level.
• Evaluate processes to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Ensure operations follow established procedures and regulatory records are kept.
• Track project progress and report to the Director.
• Oversee service delivery to meet client expectations and deliverables.
