Job summary

ibex in the Philippines is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our Support team. You will be on the front line, acknowledging client cases, responding promptly, and owning each ticket through its life cycle with thorough troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions, work outside regular hours when needed, and help develop knowledgebase articles to maintain high-quality, client-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations while adhering to SLAs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal and external knowledgebase articles.
