Ibex Limited is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to front-line client support, troubleshooting issues and guiding tickets to resolution. You will coordinate with Support and cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses and service quality.

The role emphasizes ownership, client advocacy, and collaboration with internal departments to push tickets to resolution, while sometimes working outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with media contacts, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking to develop effective communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique communication strategies.
• Experience in public relations and/or corporate communications with a track record of successful PR strategies.
• Prior experience in financial services or related industries with understanding of industry regulations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot client issues and own tickets through to resolution.
• Escalate defects with all relevant details to ensure quick resolutions.
• Be the voice of the client within the organization.
• Promote ownership and high-quality support aligned with company values.
• Manage client expectations while adhering to contractual SLAs.
