Job summary

KBF Advisory, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Managed Accounting Services team based in our Alabang office. You will close client books monthly, record revenue, and perform cost accounting analyses for multiple clients across industries.

Responsibilities include reviewing work, ensuring GAAP compliance, and coordinating with U.S.-based leadership. The role requires flexibility for possible after-hours client meetings and is Philippine-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Licensed CPA with in-depth knowledge of GAAP and US GAAP.
• Experience in public accounting and audits is preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close for multiple client books with accuracy.
• Record revenues, cost accounting, and allocate costs correctly.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and close schedules.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and prepare technical memos when needed.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and KPIs.
