Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• CPA license.
• Public accounting audit experience with Controller-level exposure.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes for multiple clients.
• Record revenue, perform cost accounting analysis, and maintain client books.
• Supervise staff and review work for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Managed Accounting Services and tax teams on projects and budgets.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting (ASC 606, leases).
• Coordinate with U.S.-based leadership and clients to meet deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and KPIs to enhance performance.
• Schedule client meetings, including outside normal hours when needed.
