Job summary

MSCI Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Analytics Managed Services Specialist to support risk management clients globally. You will work with cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure data coverage, modeling, and reporting accuracy across securities and benchmarks.

The role focuses on data validation, portfolio data modeling, and client training, with opportunities to contribute to AI‑driven projects and global process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a client‑facing role within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Self‑reliant, proactive, adaptable, and a fast learner, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Confirm data coverage for securities and benchmarks by analyzing requirements and collaborating with internal teams.
• Consult with clients on portfolio data modeling best practices and data formats.
• Advise clients on best practices for applying proxy information and mapping portfolio holdings to risk factor datasets.
• Support clients with data conformance and validation testing and review processing logs for accuracy.
• Monitor and manage client configuration files and data enrichment rules.
• Assist clients in reviewing accuracy and quality of risk and compliance reports.
