Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasay is seeking an on-site Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to join our finance team. You will assist in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, general ledger, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial records.

You will prepare financial statements and reports in line with accounting standards, perform reconciliations, and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and general accounting tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support the general ledger process, including journal entries and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting operations.
