Job summary

Clinch is seeking a Client Experience Support Specialist to join our operations-driven team in Makati. You will work closely with Client Experience Managers to support client accounts behind the scenes, ensuring readiness, smooth campaign execution, and platform optimization.

Responsibilities include campaign setup, asset management, internal coordination, and ongoing account health monitoring. This role emphasizes an operational mindset and collaboration across product, operations, and creative

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital advertising, ad-tech, ad-ops, or related support roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Experience Managers in executing campaigns, including setup, tracking, and optimization.
• Translate client objectives into actionable Clinch platform configurations.
• Monitor campaign progress and performance metrics; flag issues or opportunities.
• Prepare campaign materials: data feeds, assets, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of Clinch platform to provide internal guidance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and creative teams to support client needs and internal deliverables.
• Help manage timelines and task tracking to ensure campaigns launch on time.
• Document processes and learnings to support team knowledge and scalability.
• Prepare internal status updates, performance summaries, and training resources.
• Contribute to a client-success culture by continuous learning and improvement.
