Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, food service, e-commerce, or operations is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, SMS, email, and social media.
• Assist with orders, subscriptions, deliveries, meals, and product information.
• Coordinate concerns with internal departments and provide status updates.
• Document complaints, delivery issues, refunds, and service recovery cases.
• Monitor unresolved cases until resolution and closure.
• Coordinate daily delivery requirements with riders and third-party providers.
• Prepare delivery manifests, rider assignments, routes, and customer data.
• Monitor delivery progress and address delays or failed deliveries.
• Maintain operational records and ensure accuracy of records.
