Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Enrolled Agent–level professional to collect and review client intake documents, maintain accurate case files, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

The role includes handling phone and email communications in a scripted service environment and supporting EA information tied to cases. The ideal candidate has an EA license, tax/admin experience, and strong English skills, with high attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active IRS Enrolled Agent license strongly preferred.
• Client service or tax-admin experience in tax, accounting, or finance.
• High attention to detail on forms and data entry.
• Strong English, comfortable on calls.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and process client intake documents (powers of attorney, contracts, retainers, and supporting records).
• Keep case files accurate and complete in their system.
• Coordinate with clients and the internal team on missing items and next steps.
