Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant work experience in the field.
• Social media skills; high attention to detail; computer literate (Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop).

Responsabilités

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with company clients.
• Assisting clients in understanding the services and products of the company.
• Identifying client needs and suggesting suitable service packages.
• Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintaining records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Conducting client satisfaction surveys and implementing changes from feedback.
• Assisting in development of marketing programs to increase client engagement.
• Providing reports on client interactions to management.
• Staying updated about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
