United Coconut Planters Life Assurance Corp (Cocolife) is seeking a customer service professional to resolve inquiries, requests, complaints, and other concerns from policyholders on first contact or within the specified turnaround time, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role also supports policy conservation efforts and referral programs, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Administrative, Management, and Communication or related fields.
• Open to new graduates, but experience in clerical and administrative work, customer service, complaint resolutions, and high-level escalations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and stakeholders by promptly resolving inquiries, requests, complaints, and other concerns on the first contact or within the specified turnaround time.
• Support the group's policy conservation efforts and referral programs.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
