Job summary

Goodly Trading Industries in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to verify quantities, descriptions, conditions, and specifications of incoming goods against delivery notes and invoices.

You will inspect items during receiving, loading, unloading, picking, and dispatching to ensure accuracy, properly label and record items, and maintain inventory records while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Verify the quantity, description, condition, and specifications of products or materials against delivery receipts, invoices, order slips, or other supporting documents.

2. Inspect items during receiving, loading, unloading, picking, and dispatching to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Report discrepancies such as shortages, excess items, damaged goods, incorrect products, or missing documentation to the immediate supervisor.

4. Ensure that checked items are properly recorded, labeled, arranged, and endorsed to the appropriate personnel or department.

5. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records related to received and released items.

6. Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and other concerned personnel regarding discrepancies or concerns.

7. Ensure that all items released or transferred are properly authorized and supported by the required documents.

8. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the assigned work area.

9. Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, safety rules, and quality control requirements.

10. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
