Job summary

MCX Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) is seeking experienced professionals to oversee clearing, settlement, and collateral management operations. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing System/Process improvements to ensure smooth, auditable workflows.

The candidate will liaise with internal teams, participate in UAT for upgrades, and help maintain SOPs while managing tight deadlines in shift work.

Qualifications

• CA/Inter CA/CS/ICWA/MBA qualification.
• 7–10 years of experience in relevant operations or compliance roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operational activities for Clearing & Settlement and Collateral Management as per circulars, schedules and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory directives.
• Coordinate with in-house development team for automation of processes and functionalities.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for upgrades to systems and processes.
• Maintain service level standards for operations.
• Provide timely data to internal departments and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct training for the team on regulatory changes and process updates.
• Draft and update department SOPs.
• Assist with regulatory audits and process audits.
• Work in shifts and handle tight deadlines under pressure.
