Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is seeking a Clean Tech Case Manager to guide graduates of our Solar Installation and Heat Pump programs toward independent careers in the growing clean technology sector.

You will coordinate services, advocate for participants, manage caseloads, handle documentation and billing, and partner with community providers while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This role emphasizes service coordination and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field.
• 1–3 years in case management or related field preferred.
• CCM, CRC or MSW certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification obtainable.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services and referrals to health, behavioral health, and social resources.
• Coordinate participant budgets and billing as required.
• Maintain accurate participant records and timely documentation.
• Travel to meet participants and program needs.
• Support within program guidelines and CARF/HIPAA standards.
• Build relationships with community partners and service providers.
