The Transaction Review Officer performs transaction reviews through name sanction screening, covered transaction verification, and transaction monitoring of cross-border remittances, ensuring compliance and timely reporting in line with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in remittance operations is valued (3 years preferred).
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts, holidays, on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from remitters for reporting to the immediate officer or subsidiary office as needed.
• Act as helpdesk for subsidiary offices for immediate reporting of system-related problems.
• Escalate possible suspicious transactions to the immediate officer for reporting to the concerned offices.
