You will oversee claims processing, payment allocation, reserves, and incurred review, reporting to the GSO Director of Operations and the London-based Claims Ops Manager.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, scheduling, conflict resolution, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely service.

• Review significant claim movements with claim handlers.
• Assist in ad hoc reconciliations and audits.
• Support development and alignment of team goals with strategy.
• Facilitate inter-department communication and information sharing.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly productivity reports.
