Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a Claims Analyst to process and review bureau claims and support quarterly audits. You will handle claims in IRIS, review loss advice, and coordinate with claim handlers to ensure accurate incurred movements.

The role requires solid knowledge of claims processes, proficiency in MS Excel/Word, and strong analytical and communication skills. A four-year business degree is preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of claims process.
• Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work unsupervised, work on tight deadlines, pro-active and team player.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
• Insurance background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and/or review bureau claims settlement.
• Process existing claims in IRIS system.
• Analyze first and subsequence claims loss advice.
• Liase with claim handlers to review significant amount of total incurred claims movement.
• Perform ad hoc reconciliations and assist in quarterly and annual audit.
