Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in claims processing or supervision for Non-Life.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in claims management software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the claims department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Review and adjudicate claims to determine validity and authorize payment.
• Provide guidance and training to claims adjusters to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to address claims-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor claims compliance and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
