AS White Global is seeking a detail-oriented Calls Agent to verify information, manage claim data, and support timely resolution for Australia’s leading personal injury provider. In Manila, you will perform outbound calls to providers, compile data, and ensure accuracy in internal systems.

Role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, strong English skills, and prior call center experience. Onsite morning or mid-shifts are expected in Manila, with Australian hours and a fully onsite setup.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to providers to verify information and support claim resolution.
• Accurately compile, verify, and enter claim-related data into internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and privacy standards.
• Review and audit claims to identify inconsistencies or missing information.
• Coordinate with staff and maintain organized records to ensure timely claim processing.
