Job summary

AS White Philippines is hiring a Data Entry Agent to maintain accurate compensation and benefits information. You will input claim-related data into internal systems and liaise with claims staff to resolve discrepancies.

Based in Manila, the role follows Australian hours with hybrid setup after six months onsite probation. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree and strong English skills are required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Available to join on 26th October 2026.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Relevant data entry or administrative experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Willing to work onsite during morning or mid shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately compile, verify, and input claim-related data into internal systems.
• Ensure all data entry activities comply with legislation, company policies, and privacy standards.
• Review and audit information to identify inconsistencies or missing details.
• Coordinate with claims staff via email or phone to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records and documentation to support timely claim completion.
