Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Claims Data Associate to investigate claims resulting from financial losses, ensure accurate processing, and deliver actionable insights to improve decision-making. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues while upholding industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Tourism or related field, at least 1 year in airline/travel with Amadeus, and strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year airline/travel industry experience using Amadeus.
• Working knowledge in claims processing and investigation in travel/airline industry, including reissuance and refunds, using Amadeus products and solutions.
• Understanding of airline industry, agency environment and ticketing.
• Knowledgeable on GDS and Amadeus Ticket Changer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Flexible to work multiple shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Hybrid work setup (2-3 days onsite). Location: BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigations, quality analysis, and quality checks on claims escalated by customers.

Accountabilities

In this role you will

Claims Investigation

• Become an expert on the area of (ATC/NPC/PRI) product to provide resolution and/or recommendations on claim cases received and escalated by Amadeus Customers.
• Provide Investigation, Quality Analysis , Quality Checks on claim records escalated by Amadeus customers.

Claims Processes

• Observe compliance of processes and procedures necessary to achieve operational targets.
• Provide Investigation, Quality Analysis , Quality Checks on claim records escalated by Amadeus customers.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with customers, claims payment, and operations teams to understand business requirements.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and adjustments.

About The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree holder in Tourism or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year airline/travel industry experience using Amadeus
• Working knowledge in claims processing and investigation in the travel/airline industry, reissuance and refunds of tickets, pricing etc., using Amadeus products and solutions.
• Understanding of airline industry, agency environment and ticketing.
• Knowledgeable on GDS and Amadeus Ticket Changer
• Good analytical, problem solving, project management
• Flexibility is expected to handle multiple shifts as required by the business including weekends and holidays
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite). Location: BGC, Taguig
