Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Claims Associate to handle processing, investigating, and settling insurance claims within our logistics operations in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

You will rely on strong Excel and communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to review files, liaise with clients and stakeholders, evaluate coverage, and ensure timely, accurate resolutions.

1–2 years of logistics experience and a focus on validation for approvals or declines, with e-commerce exposure as a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience, preferably with a logistics background.
• Experience in claims investigation (logistics industry).
• Strong Excel and communication skills required.
• Focus on validation (lost, delayed and damaged) for approval or decline of claims.
• Experience in e-commerce or related platforms is a plus.

5. Experience in E-Commerce or other social media platforms is an advantage.
