Job summary

OMNIS PROSPERITY GROUP in Makati, Philippines, is hiring for an on-site Claims Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and full-time commitment to manage non-life insurance claims and supervise the claims team.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of non-life policies, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management or related field.
• Preferably with relevant experience in non-life insurance claims.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of non-life insurance policies, claims procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive customer concerns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
