Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a claims processing analyst to review and process bureau claims, and to liaise with claim handlers on significant movements. The role requires strong analytical skills, MS Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process and/or review bureau claims settlements.
• Process existing claims in IRIS system.

• Perform ad hoc reconciliations and assist in quarterly and annual audits.

Process and/or review bureau claims settlement Process existing claims in IRIS system Analyze first and subsequence claims loss advice Liase with claim handlers to review significant amount of total incurred claims movement Perform ad hoc reconciliations and assist in quarterly and annual audit.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of claims process.

• Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work unsupervised, work on tight deadlines, pro-active and team player.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
• Insurance background is preferred but not required.
