Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee planning, organizing, implementing and controlling operations under the supervision of the Construction Manager.

The role requires a Licensed Civil Engineer with 1–3 years' experience, willingness to be assigned at project sites, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Probationary to regular position is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts feasibility studies and provides technical assistance during project proposals.
• Recommends best-value designs meeting operability, reliability, maintainability and safety.
• Attends project proposal coordination meetings as needed.
• Monitors and expedites delivery of logistics (materials, manpower and equipment).
• Prioritizes and allocates equipment, tools and manpower to his unit.

• Conducts feasibility studies and provides technical assistance during project proposal preparation.
• Provide/Recommend best value design which meets Projects requirements for operability, reliability, maintainability and safety
• Attends project proposal coordination meeting if necessary.
• Monitors and expedites delivery of needed logistics (material, manpower and equipment)
• Prioritizes and allocates equipment, tools and manpower in his unit.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the same field
• Good strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Head Office based but willing to be assigned in project sites

• Probationary - Regular position.
