Job summary
Talkstation Academy Cebu is seeking an Office Engineer to join our construction team in Cebu City. The role focuses on designing and drafting Civil, Structural, and Plumbing drawings, and ensuring accuracy for site implementation.
The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineering graduate with experience in construction design and strong AutoCAD skills. You will read and interpret engineering plans, coordinate with site engineers and contractors, and maintain comprehensive drawing sets
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in construction and engineering design preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drafting.
- Strong knowledge of Civil and Structural drawings; plumbing design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise Civil, Structural, and Plumbing drawings.
- Create detailed technical drawings and construction plans.
- Prepare shop drawings for site implementation.
- Review drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Assist in resolving technical issues on site.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and assist with material requirements.
- Update drawings based on site revisions and conditions.
- Organize and maintain project drawings and documents.
- Provide technical support to the construction team.
