Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control practices
• Experience in mall, commercial, or large-scale building projects is an advantage

• Willing to be Legazpi-based and attend face-to-face interview in Legazpi City

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for construction and fit-out projects
• Monitor project costs, track expenses, and conduct site measurements and valuations
• Manage tendering and contract administration, including bids, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, ensure compliance, and provide cost analysis and value engineering recommendations
