Job summary

Baldo Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical aspects of onsite construction projects in the Philippines. You will review drawings, designs, specifications, and estimates to optimize technical and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and preparing status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Review detail engineering drawings for construction projects.
• Review engineering designs, specifications, and estimates; making recommendations where appropriate to enhance technical and cost effectiveness.
• Developing project plans, including scope and timeline.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
• Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders.
