Ecological Energy Technologies Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer - Civil to join our Tuy, Batangas team.

This full-time role oversees planning, design, and execution of civil projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met while complying with regulations and safety requirements. Responsibilities include site surveys, drafting plans with senior engineers, monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE licence or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 3–5 years of civil engineering project management or site engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency with CAD and project management software.
• Experience in renewable energy or sustainable infrastructure preferred.
• Solid understanding of health and safety protocols on site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project conditions.
• Prepare and review detailed project plans, specs, and drawings with senior engineers.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, resolving delays or overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, and codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for quality and timeliness.
• Perform QA inspections and testing to verify conformance to specs.
• Prepare progress reports, logs, and change orders.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Support project manager with admin and resource allocation.
