Job summary

Mactan Rock Industries Inc. is seeking a Project Planning and Implementation professional to lead civil engineering activities on-site in Cebu City. You will prepare schedules, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with plans, budgets, and safety standards.

You will supervise construction, coordinate resources, and maintain documentation while collaborating with engineers, managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred in civil engineering, construction, site supervision, or project management; fresh graduates also considered.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, structural and architectural plans, quantity surveying, and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, work schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Supervise civil engineering and construction activities per approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources for project implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with standards.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, take-offs, and cost estimates; maintain project records.
• Coordinate design revisions and clarifications with engineers and stakeholders.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; report issues and corrective actions.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates to management.
