Job summary

Mactan Rock Industries, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead project planning, site supervision, and technical documentation in Cebu City. You will review plans, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and safety across all project phases.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a Philippine license, with 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, though fresh graduates may be considered. On-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred; open to fresh graduates.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, plans, quantity surveying, scheduling, and piping.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects with schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Supervise civil engineering and construction activities according to plans and specs.
• Ensure activities meet timeline and budget constraints.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Review plans, drawings, specs, quantities, and keep daily and progress reports.
• Coordinate with managers, contractors, and other stakeholders; assist in turnover and close-out.
