Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a Site Cost Engineer to manage on-site construction costs, monitor budgets, and deliver cost controls with quality. You will work with project managers, contractors, and procurement to optimize expenses and keep projects on track.

You will prepare cost estimates, analyze specifications, track actual costs, review change orders, generate financial reports, and support value engineering to improve cost efficiency for civil and structural works in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer credential required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in structural construction, site inspection, or supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates for civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Monitor actual project costs against the budget and identify any deviations.
• Evaluate contractor claims, change orders, and variations to maintain cost efficiency.
• Implement cost control measures and recommend adjustments to stay within budget.
• Generate financial reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow analyses for management review.
• Assist in project progress evaluations and verify completed work against payment requests.
• Validate invoices, purchase orders, and material requisitions to ensure alignment with budgeted costs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and cost management procedures.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to enhance project cost efficiency.
