Job summary

Bluewater Resorts in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to plan, supervise, and maintain civil and structural works within the hotel and resort. You will ensure facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with operational and aesthetic standards.

The role involves overseeing construction, renovation, and maintenance, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred or required depending on requirement.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, preferably in hotel or resort projects.
• Knowledgeable in structural design, construction management, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
