Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Interpret and explain drawings to site workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Conduct quality inspections and witness required material and concrete tests.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Assist in punch-listing, project turnover, and preparation of as-built drawings.
