Job summary

DAZZLING LITE ENTERPRISES in Makati seeks a Civil Engineer / Cost Estimator to design civil aspects for energy efficiency and infrastructure projects, including site works and drainage.

You will review requirements, develop concepts, perform basic calculations, prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards. On-site inspections are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in infrastructure or building projects.
• Knowledge of drainage design and stormwater standards.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs; CAD familiarity is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication; meticulous and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil designs and layouts for energy efficiency projects.
• Review requirements, develop concepts, and perform basic calculations.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and budget proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; support technical reports.
