CIVIL ENGINEER

Location: A-Square Mall, Pinagbarilan, Baliuag, Bulacan

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of civil and structural plans for residential and small commercial projects
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of materials
• Conduct site inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Review and check shop drawings and construction details
• Prepare progress reports and documentation
• Assist in securing permits and clearances as needed
• Perform other tasks related to design, estimation, and construction supervision

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or equivalent
• PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
• With basic knowledge of AutoCAD, estimates, and construction methods
• Willing to do office and site work
• Applicants must be based near Baliuag, Bulacan
