Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Civil Drafter to join our Energy & Power team across APAC from the Philippines.

You will deliver high-quality civil/structural drawings for infrastructure and power projects, working with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. The role requires 5+ years in civil/structural drafting, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil and/or structural drafting experience.
• Experience preparing drawings for roads, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Exposure to GIS and BIM tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality civil and structural drawings for roads, drainage, and infrastructure.
• Develop and update drafting deliverables per project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated design outputs.
• Support project delivery by meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Jacobs QA processes and BIM standards.
• Assist in preparing quantities and inputs for cost estimation.
• Coordinate with drafters and stakeholders to maintain consistency across drawing packages.
• Apply knowledge of construction practices to produce practical, buildable drawings.
• Contribute to a strong safety, quality, and inclusion culture.
