Emapta Philippines in Ortigas is seeking a Circulation Operations Administrator to help build the operational foundation connecting publications, retailers, distributors, and audiences nationwide. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Administration or similar back-office roles.
• Hands-on experience in supplier onboarding, account maintenance, order processing, or contract administration.
• Strong data accuracy and process compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/CRM or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Circulation and returns management, including batch loading and reporting.
• Set up and maintain delivery routes in the fulfillment system.
• Identify and resolve customer billing issues and process transactions.
• Create and distribute trade communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
