As a CI Project Manager you will overseeand lead several initiatives focused on improving and streamlining finance processes in the shared service context, lead automationofprojectswithin financefrominceptionuntil completion, conduct process analysis to capture the challenges and pain-points directlyimpactingthe finance process and agrees on the solution design alongside thefinance and business operations counterparts, develop standard finance processes, policies, and methodologies, applying Lean principles. You will also be responsible for change and stakeholder management to ensure project support.You will directly report to Continuous ImprovementLead under FASS.
What you’ll do (your mission)
- Direct and manageproject delivery fromstart to end
- Defineproject Scope,timeline,deliverablesand project delivery success criteria
- Conducts regular cadence and communication to stakeholders on project progress,risksand issues
- Streamlining offinanceprocesses, driving efficiency, and delivering strategicinitiatives to the business
- Providegovernanceand expert guidance in the implementation of finance processes by operations
- Establish andmaintaina framework that would measure finance processes and quantify improvement results
- Ability to developa very goodunderstanding of the business operations within the organization and the interdependencies across business functions
- Decisiveness–makesclear-cut decisions without unnecessary delay, even in tough situations.
- Proactively develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer. (internal & external)
- Conductsreasonablenesscheckon financial results and other quantitativeinfo (i.e., do the numbers make sense).

Educational Background
- A graduate degree in Accounting/Business educational background, with good accounting knowledge.
Professional Experience
- Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence preferably in a Financial SSC (at least 2-3 years)
- At least 5–7-yearexperiencein handlingvariousfinance processes(AR, AP, R2R, FP&A or Tax)
- Experience in leading a Finance Project
- Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Proficiencyin using financesoftwares(i.e., Oracle);
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communicationwith relevant Stakeholders/ counterparts
- Ability to articulate thoughts/ideas/issues in an effective manner to be able to drive results
- Time management and prioritization to be able to manage the conflicting priorities, business outcomes
- Lean Six-sigmaTrained/Certifiedis a plus
- PMP trained/certifiedis a plus
