Job summary

Motorlandia seeks a Collections Officer to enhance cash collection performance across our network in the Philippines. The role emphasizes reducing overdue accounts and improving overall collection efficiency while identifying reliable customers.

Candidates should have analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication. A 4-year college degree (or current pursuing) and a valid motorcycle license are preferred. This is a full-time onsite position based in Balanga, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of a 4-year course or at least 2nd year in college.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Effective communication.
• High ethical standards.
• Preferably knows how to drive a motorcycle and has a driver’s license.
