Compassion International, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Accountant III – FCP Support to strengthen financial stewardship for frontline church partners. You will review reports, advise partners, and help implement sound accounting practices across the network.

You will travel about 50% of the time to field sites while collaborating with Quezon City-based teams 2–3 days a week, with flexible home days. A CPA or advanced degree is preferred for scaling impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• Active member of a local church and ministry alignment.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting and financial management experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, risk management.
• Experience with audits, grant-funded initiatives, or donor-funded projects.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.

Aufgaben

• Review financial reports, transactions, audits, and internal controls.
• Coach and advise church partners on accounting and stewardship.
• Travel across the Philippines to provide on-site support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Partnership, Program, People & Culture, and National Leadership teams.
• Support assessments, organizational reviews, and capacity building.
