Job summary

Chinese Beef Noodles House in Makati Avenue is seeking a Kitchen Helper to assist Chinese chefs in daily kitchen operations at our Makati location.

You will wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and meats, help with dish preparation, portioning, and kitchen organization while upholding food safety and hygiene standards. The role requires willingness to learn and adapt in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience cutting vegetables and meat is preferred.
• Willing to work in a busy kitchen and follow instructions.
• Willing to do kitchen preparation and cleaning duties.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, beef, chicken, and other ingredients
• Prepare ingredients for Chinese dishes and noodle restaurant operations
• Help with food preparation, portioning, and kitchen organization
• Clean and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company kitchen standards
• Perform other kitchen support duties assigned by the chef or manager
