Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines seeks a Safety Officer IV (Evergreen) to lead OSH governance across multiple sites. You will design safety programs, mentor SO1–SO3, and ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards and international best practices. Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Responsibilities include audits, risk assessments, policy development, and alignment with corporate safety objectives to foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 40-hour Basic OSH Training + 80-hour Advanced/Specialized OSH Training.
• Minimum of 320 hours of OSH-related training or experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in safety leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire safety management system across multiple sites or departments.
• Develop and implement corporate safety governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train safety officers; lead budgeting and resource allocation for safety programs.
• Conduct high-level audits, incident investigations, and regulatory engagements.
