Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives.
• Lead company-wide organizational review initiatives, facilitating consultations with leadership and employees for organizational interventions and design.
• Provide solutions for specific organizational and business challenges, align stakeholders with objectives, and plan implementation.
• Develop employee engagement and culture strategies, plans, platforms, and best practices.
• Design change management strategies for successful OD initiatives involving stakeholders.
• Develop recruitment strategies and enhance the employer brand to attract talents fit for the company.
• Improve candidate screening, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Align total rewards strategy with company objectives and talent productivity.
• Design compensation strategies, philosophies, and policies to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory changes affecting benefit plans.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
• Drive programs to address engagement gaps and collaborate with Function Heads for implementation.
• Establish leadership brand and framework for learning and development programs.
• Design leadership and technical competency programs, including talent assessments.
• Lead talent and succession systems and processes for critical positions and key roles.
• Design comprehensive human resource information system.
• Establish governance for maintaining HR Information System and employee master data integrity.
• Deliver timely HR indicators and communicate to stakeholders for decision-making.
• Support functional heads in talent management and workforce planning through data, metrics, and analytics.
• Manage HR operations and enhance service level to company's workforce.
• Foster positive employee relations, address concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Develop labor and industrial relations strategy, programs, and policies.
• Formulate management positions/strategies, manage collective bargaining agreements, and prevent labor-related interruptions.
