Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Pasig, Philippines invites an experienced General Manager to lead overall business operations across sales, marketing, commercial, supply chain, distribution and support functions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, market expansion, and product launches while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee P&L, budgets, and KPIs, and lead high-performing teams in collaboration with executive leadership to execute long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles (General Manager, Business Unit Head or Commercial Head) in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG.
• Strong sales and marketing background with proven revenue growth, market expansion and product launches.
• Proven experience managing P&L, business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
