Job summary

JACCG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior governance and strategy liaison to support the CEO and Board in planning, monitoring, and alignment across business units.

You will prepare briefs, review contracts, and enable departments through consolidated staff work, ensuring timely, board-ready reporting and decisive action. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to operate across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Strategy: Assists the CEO in annual and quarterly planning; monitor BOD-ready plans.
• Safeguard Governance: Review contracts and compliance; target zero breaches and regulatory compliance.
• Advice Leadership: Prepare clear, actionable briefs to shorten decision cycle times.
• Enable Departments: Reviews inputs/needs of Business Units and shared services into staff-ready outputs.
• Build Alignment: Liaison across CEO, Board, and leadership for teamwork, strategy, execution and performance.
• Track Initiatives: Monitor CEO-driven projects and deliver on schedule with staff work.
• Echo Leadership: Consistently reflect Chairman and CEO instructions, inputs, position and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Strategy: Assists the CEO in the annual and quarterly planning cycles; monitor all Business Units and Departments deliver Board‑ready plans on time, prepare status reports to the BOD.
• Safeguard Governance: Review contracts and compliance documentation; target zero breaches and regulatory compliance.
• Advice Leadership: Prepare clear, actionable briefs that reduce decision cycle times.
• Enable Departments: Reviews all inputs/needs of Business Units and shared services Departments ensuing completed staff work.
• Build Alignment: Act as liaison across CEO, Board, and leadership to achieve effective teamwork, strategy, execution and performance management
• Track Initiatives: Monitor CEO‑driven projects; delivers on schedule with completed staff work and high success rate.
• Consistently and effectively echoes the Chairman and CEO instructions, inputs, position and preferences.

Preferred Experience

• Feasibility & Market Studies: Can review feasibility and market studies, interpret findings, and assess strategic implications.
• Financial Acumen: Understands financial inputs and assumptions within business cases and project proposals.
• Technical Review: Can review technical studies and synthesize insights for executive decision‑making.
• Management Systems Expertise: Subject matter expert in management systems, with the capacity to present strategic plans to the Board of Directors.
• Dashboard Monitoring: Skilled in monitoring status of plans, projects, and activities in dashboard format.
