Job summary

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Head of Network Operations & Maintenance to lead nationwide operation, maintenance, monitoring, restoration, and readiness of the company’s telecom network infrastructure.

You will ensure availability, resilience, and operational integrity across Core, Transport, Access, ODN, NSF, Cloud, and Data Center environments. You will coordinate cross-functional recovery efforts as Operational Incident Commander, drive service reliability initiatives, and enforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in telecommunications network operations, maintenance, or engineering.
• At least 8 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary network operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading nationwide operations, major incident management, and large-scale maintenance organizations.
• Experience with fiber optic networks, IP/MPLS, transport systems, cloud infrastructure, and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for nationwide network operations and maintenance across all technology domains.
• Direct the 24×7 operation and monitoring of Field Network Operations (FNO).
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize reliability.
• Serve as the Operational Incident Commander during major service disruptions and Business Continuity events.
• Ensure operational readiness for disaster recovery and business continuity, including inventories and regional recovery capabilities.
• Drive initiatives to improve network stability, availability, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve future network designs and maintain compliant standards.
